Cassiana Aaronson
Ms. Aaronson represents general contractors, public entity owners, subcontractors, sureties and design professionals in matters arising out of public works construction projects and private development projects. Prior to joining McInerney & Dillon, her practice was focused in civil and commercial litigation and included general and commercial liability, products liability, premises liability, and medical and professional liability cases.
Ms. Aaronson has represented clients in state and federal trial courts, courts of appeal and alternative dispute resolution programs. She has experience successfully trying cases before juries.
Ms. Aaronson graduated from the University of California at San Diego in 1994 where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Law. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1998. While attending the University of San Francisco, Ms. Aaronson served on the Moot Court Board of Directors. She also had the unique experience of studying French and international comparative law at the University of Grenoble in France.
Ms. Aaronson is a member of the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, all California Trial Courts and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She is also actively involved in community organizations including her role as a coach for a National High School Mock Trial team.
