Neil H. Bui
Mr. Bui represents general contractors and subcontractors in matters involving public works of improvement and private development projects. Prior to joining McInerney Dillon, Mr. Bui was involved in civil and commercial litigation, including products liability, workers' compensation subrogation, premises liability, general insurance defense and contract disputes.
Mr. Bui received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law after receiving his Bachelors of Arts and Sciences, with honors, from Boston University. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and California Bar.
He is actively involved in community organizations and sits on the executive board of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California.
