Kenneth K. Hsu

 

Mr. Hsu joined the firm in 2006 and focuses on construction-litigation disputes and business litigation. Prior to joining McInerney & Dillon, Mr. Hsu practiced estate planning law and business litigation at Mitchell & Courts. Mr. Hsu practiced securities litigation, antitrust and unfair competition law as a summer associate at Cotchett, Pitre, Simon & McCarthy.

 

Mr. Hsu received his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2005. During law school, Mr. Hsu served as an extern law clerk to the Hon. Leslie Tchaikovsky of the United States Bankruptcy Court, was was a senior staff editor and founding member of Berkeley Business Law Journal, and represented indigent clients at East Bay Community Law Center. Mr. Hsu received his B.A. from University of California, Berkeley with high honors in both film and political science in 2001, and was the recipient of the university's departmental citation award as th film department's top graduate in 2001.

 

Mr. Hsu's published works include "A Familiar Manifesto: A Review of Wall Street on Trial" (2004) Berkeley Business Law Journal, and "Why the Politics of Marriage Matter: Evaluating Legal and Strategic Approaches on Both Side of the Issue" (2006) BYU Journal of Public Law. Mr. Hsu, a native of Taiwan, is a native speaker in Mandarin Chinese and is proficient in reading and writing in Chinese.
