Brian Junginger
Mr. Junginger's practice focuses on construction-litigation and real estate disputes. Prior to joining McInerney & Dillon, Mr. Junginger practiced insurance defense litigation as an attorney for Mitchell, Gingerich & Loquaci.
Mr. Junginger received a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006. Mr. Junginger was a member of the Santa Clara Law Review and a finalist in the Russell Galloway Moot Court Competition. Mr. Junginger received a B.A from the University of California, Davis with Honors in both Political Science & Communication in 2003. Mr. Junginger is a member of the State Bar of California, and admitted to the Northern District of California.
