William H. McInerney

Mr. McInerney is past Chairman of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Associated General Contractors. He is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and a member of its Construction Industry Advisory Committee for Northern California. He is also an arbitrator for the Public Works Contract Arbitration Panel for the State of California.
He served on the Disputes Review Board for California's first private toll road project in Orange County, California. He also serves on the Dispute Review Board for San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge Retrofit project.
Mr. McInerney received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1950 and, prior to entering private practice, served as an Alameda County Deputy District Attorney. Mr. McInerney is a member of the bar of the State of California, admitted to practice before the U.S. Claims Court, the federal district, and appellate courts of California and the United States Supreme Court.
