Quinlan S. Tom
Mr. Tom graduated from Hastings College of the Law, University of California, in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, in 1986.
Mr. Tom has represented general contractors, public entity owners, subcontractors, sureties and design professionals in matters arising out of the construction of public works of improvement and private development projects. In addition, he has represented clients in both federal labor law matters and employment discrimination matters.
Mr. Tom is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and before the Northern District, Central District and Eastern District Courts of the U.S. District Court in California.
