Timothy F. Winchester
Tim is the author of Chapter 2, "Representing the Trustee – Defining Goals and Managing Expectations," of the Matthew Bender Practice Guide, California Trust Litigation (2011). He was selected as Chair of the Litigation and Mediation Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Alameda County Bar Association in 2005 and 2006. Tim has been appointed as guardian ad litem by Superior Courts of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties to make legal decisions for and on behalf of minors and incapacitated persons.
Tim Winchester is a principal of McInerney & Dillon, a Professional Corporation, located in Oakland, California, and a Martindale and Hubbell AV rated lawyer, the highest rating granted. He has extensive experience in construction disputes, both public and private, as well as surety matters.
