Mr. Joyce’s practice focuses on construction litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors, and more.  Combining his extensive experience in complex civil practice with his personal connections to the local construction industry, Mr. Joyce brings proven defense strategies and practical legal advice to assist a variety of clients.  Recent cases include mechanics lien foreclosure actions, defending and prosecuting breach of contract actions, and construction defect claims throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
